The Federal Trade Commission has released its annual report detailing consumer complaints about fraud and identity theft in 2005. Complaints about identity theft topped the list. Some other top categories of fraud complaints included Internet Auctions, Foreign Money Offers, Shop-at-Home/Catalog Sales, and Prizes/Sweepstakes and Lotteries.
