Ninjas and martial arts enthusiasts take note: the fight against nunchaku intolerance continues. In late January, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals held that the US Supreme Court decision District of Columbia v. Heller does not protect the right to possess nunchaku, however an appeal to the US Supreme Court is expected.
