Here is an interesting article for those of you who may be hitting the golf course this summer. A New York state appellate court decided that a golfer does not have a legal duty to yell "fore" before taking a shot, because the risk of a misdirected shot is an inherent part of the game. We might suggest that if you're playing with anyone from your summer job, you might go ahead and yell "fore" anyways...just to be safe.
