The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals recently released an opinion regarding the Americans with Disabilities Act and a legally blind bar exam taker. The appeals court upheld a district court decision requiring the National Conference of Bar Examiners to allow the use of assistive technology software by a UCLA law grad.
