Pepperdine School of Law recently held a symposium on the "most maligned" U.S. Supreme Court cases in history. Legal scholars discussed the following cases: Dred Scott v. Sandford, Korematsu v. United States, Plessy v. Ferguson, Buck v. Bell, and Erie v. Tompkins. See the LA Times coverage of the event.
