The site covers numerous famous trials and includes links to documents and other relevant information. The trials include historic trials such as the trials of Socrates, Thomas More, John Brown and Oscar Wilde. More recent trials such as the Clinton Impeachment, the O.J. Today's Ohio Supreme Court eminent domain decision can be viewed here . The unanimous Supreme Court ruled in favor of the Norwood property owners and determined that the property in question could not be taken for economic development through the city's eminent domain procedures.

The American Bar Association (ABA)'s Task Force on Presidential Signing Statements and the Separation of Powers Doctrine has released its report examining the "constitutional and legal issues raised by the practice of presidents of the United States of attaching legal interpretations to federal legislation they sign."
