The Ohio Supreme Court's Commission on Rules of Practice and Procedure coordinates proposed and recent changes to Ohio's court rules. The Court's Rules Advisory Committee submits proposed changes to the Court, which (after considering comments by the public) submits the changes to the Ohio General Assembly.
