Emil Steiner, at the Washington Post's Offbeat blog, has been live-blogging the $54 Million Pants trial. I tend to shy away from offering legal analysis about situations that I'm not entirely familiar with, but...I would be surprised if the plaintiff gets his $54 million in this case.
