Landmark International Criminal Court Verdict

Today, a three-judge trial chamber of the International Criminal Court unanimously issued a decision finding that Democratic Republic of Congo militia leader Thomas Lubanga Dyilo committed war crimes. The court found Dyilo guilty of enlisting and conscripting children under the age of 15 into his militia, and actively using them in hostilities.
